- PinPoint – See the name of a place, drop a pin on the exact spot and unlock the story of what happened there on this day in history.
How the daily challenges work
Every game has one daily challenge that is identical for every player in the world. New challenges start every day at 00:00 UTC. You can share your emoji result, keep a daily streak and – with a free account – appear on the daily and all-time leaderboards or compete in a private group with friends and family. Practice mode offers unlimited extra rounds at Easy, Medium or Hard level.
Scores are fair: the answers of the daily challenge are only revealed after you guess, and the server re-checks every daily result before it appears on a leaderboard.
Where the facts come from
Questions are built from open, verifiable data – mainly Wikidata and Wikipedia – and every clue and story is written in our own words. An automatic check makes sure that every number and name in a clue appears in the source data, and players can report any mistake with one tap. Country borders come from Natural Earth (public domain) and the satellite imagery of the globe from NASA Blue Marble.
Privacy
You can play without an account. Game progress is stored in your own browser. Optional analytics and ads only run after you agree in the cookie settings. Read more in the Privacy Policy.
