💡 The Moscow Automobile Ring Road, known as MKAD, was completed in 1962 and runs for 108.9 kilometres largely along the border of the city of Moscow. It has 35 exits, including ten interchanges, and carries traffic at a speed limit of 100 kilometres per hour. For decades it has served as the informal boundary between the federal city of Moscow and Moscow Oblast.
